Can I book without WeChat or a mainland phone number?
Yes. Use the website form with your email address. A phone number is optional. The les bobos team usually replies by email within 1 hour.
Can ChatGPT or another AI send the request for me?
Yes. If your assistant can submit requests on websites, point it to https://www.lesbobos.net/en/ai-booking.html and authorise it to send your details. Your appointment is confirmed only when we email you to confirm the details.
Is my visit confirmed as soon as I submit?
No. Submitting sends a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email with the agreed details.
Can I speak Mandarin, English or Cantonese at the store?
Yes. Mandarin, English and Cantonese are available at all three stores.
How do first-visit prices work?
First-visit prices apply to eligible treatments on your first visit at any of our three stores. The menu shows both the first-visit prices.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Alipay and WeChat Pay. The form takes no payment; we’ll discuss payment details when confirming your visit. HKD and USD amounts are rough conversions at the 19 Oct 2026 rate. You pay in CNY.
Can two people share a room?
You can request a double room when booking. The room and appointment are subject to availability and confirmed by email. Single rooms are also available by reservation.
What if we want different treatments?
Include each person’s preferences in your request. We will discuss the treatments, timing and room before confirming; a shared finish time is not automatic.
Can I come today?
Call the store to ask about same-day availability. Website requests usually receive a manual email reply within 1 hour and are not an instant booking.
What are the opening hours?
All three stores accept treatment start requests from 10:00 to 22:00 daily, including 22:00. We’ll confirm availability by email.
How do I change my visit?
Reply to your confirmation email or call the store as soon as your plans change. We will discuss the available options with you.
Which treatment should I choose?
Start with the time you have and the area you want to focus on. Select “Help me choose” in the form if you would like a recommendation before confirming.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. les bobos offers massage and SPA services for rest and wellbeing. If you have a medical concern, check with your clinician before arranging a session.
