Can I book without WeChat or a mainland phone number?
Yes. Use the website form with your email address. A phone number is optional. The les bobos team usually replies by email within 1 hour.
Can ChatGPT or another AI send the request for me?
Yes, if your assistant can submit a request to the website. Read https://www.lesbobos.net/en/ai-booking.html first. After you authorize sending the request, it can submit there — you do not need to connect Gmail. Email is required; a phone number is optional. That is still only a request. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive our email, usually within 1 hour.
Is my visit confirmed as soon as I submit?
No. Submitting sends a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email with the agreed details.
Can I speak English or Cantonese at the store?
Yes. English and Cantonese are available at all three stores.
Can first-time visitors request the listed member prices?
First-time Hong Kong and overseas guests may request the member prices shown on the website. You do not need a prepaid top-up or to buy membership first.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are accepted. The website form does not collect payment; any payment arrangements are agreed during confirmation.
Can two people share a room?
You can request a double room when booking. The room and appointment are subject to availability and confirmed by email. Single rooms are also available by reservation.
What if we want different treatments?
Include each person’s preferences in your request. We will discuss the treatments, timing and room before confirming; a shared finish time is not automatic.
Can I come today?
Call the store to ask about same-day availability. Website requests usually receive a manual email reply within 1 hour and are not an instant booking.
What are the opening hours?
The current published hours are 10:00–22:00 daily. Your appointment time depends on the treatment and availability; check the time in your confirmation.
How do I change my visit?
Reply to your confirmation email or call the store as soon as your plans change. We will discuss the available options with you.
Which treatment should I choose?
Start with the time you have and the area you want to focus on. Select “Help me choose” in the form if you would like a recommendation before confirming.
