What you share
The request form asks for your name, email address, preferred visit details and optional phone number and notes. Please keep notes to appointment arrangements and do not include medical records, identity documents or card information.
How we use it
We use these details to arrange and confirm your visit. Requests are saved on our server and sent to our team through Feishu for handling. Oscar replies by email within 24 hours. This form does not collect payment or sign you up for marketing.
Website statistics
We count page views, treatment interest and booking request steps to improve this website. These aggregate statistics use broad source groups such as Google or ChatGPT. They do not use cookies or visitor IDs, and the statistics records do not contain your name, contact details, notes, IP address or full browsing URLs. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings.
