What you share
The request form asks for your name, email address, preferred visit details and optional phone number and notes. Please keep notes to appointment arrangements and do not include medical records, identity documents or card information.
If you change languages while filling out the form, this browser tab briefly holds your unfinished selections and contact details so you can continue on the new language page. That page removes the temporary copy as soon as it reads it. Your request is not sent to our team until you submit it.
How we use it
We use these details to arrange and confirm your visit. Requests are saved on our server and sent to our team through Feishu for handling. The les bobos team usually replies by email within 1 hour. This form does not collect payment or sign you up for marketing.
Website statistics
We count page views, treatment interest and booking request steps to improve this website. These aggregate statistics use broad source groups such as Google or ChatGPT. They do not use cookies or visitor IDs, and the statistics records do not contain your name, contact details, notes, IP address or full browsing URLs. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings.
We also group these counts by approved public article paths to understand which articles help guests book. After you follow a booking link, this tab can temporarily hold the article path and broad source group. We use that reference for up to 15 minutes to link the article to arrival at the form and a request the browser sees as received. These counts do not identify individual guests and may miss blocked or interrupted activity.
Website security logs
To investigate unusual access, booking abuse and technical faults, the server records access times, network IP addresses, page paths without query parameters, referring pages, browser details, language and request outcomes. These logs may be linked to a booking request reference. Booking requests may also include browser-exposed operating system and browser versions, device model, screen size, time zone, touch capabilities, logical CPU count, memory tier, network estimates and graphics descriptions. Availability varies by browser. Extended device collection respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and collection failures do not prevent booking.
Security logs are stored separately from website statistics and rotated on a 30-day retention cycle. They are available only to authorised staff for investigation, not marketing. They do not contain form bodies, cookies or authorisation credentials, and do not collect device serial numbers, MAC addresses or precise location.
