Wait for your confirmation email
We usually reply within an hour. Late-night requests may take longer. Your appointment time and room are confirmed by email.
Tell us how you like your massage
Tell your therapist where you’d like them to focus, which areas to avoid and how much pressure you prefer. You can ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any point.
