When can I have a massage after childbirth?
Ask your clinician when ordinary massage fits your recovery and what the therapist should avoid.

If you’re healing from surgery or a wound, or your clinician has restricted massage, ask them before booking. If the day itself feels too tiring, move the visit.
What to tell the store
Mention that you recently gave birth and approximately when. Share your clinician’s restrictions and ask how the team can adapt the proposed treatment.

Compare the regular menu
First-visit Neck & shoulders is 45 minutes at CNY 468 Warm & soothing or CNY 568 Focused. For 60 minutes, Warm & soothing Head & shoulders is CNY 688 and Back is CNY 598. Both are CNY 768 in Focused. Prices are per person. The CNY 598, 60-minute pregnancy treatment is a separate option.

If you need to change the visit
Contact a healthcare professional for bleeding, fever, pain or wound concerns. Contact the store to change your appointment.
Request a start time
Request a Shenzhen-time start from 10:00 to 22:00 with your name, email and any recovery details that affect the appointment. Phone is optional. The team usually replies within an hour, with longer waits possible at night.
