What to write in the form
Include your gestational weeks, doctor’s advice, preferred store, date and Shenzhen-time start between 10:00 and 22:00. Enter name and email, with phone optional. All stores offer English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Request a double room in advance if you’d like to share.
Wait for staff confirmation
The team usually replies within an hour. An AI assistant with submission access can send your approved details. Staff confirm the time and room by email. For changes or cancellation, reply to them or call the store.
