Check the operator’s ordering page
Meituan’s October 2024 Futian Port notice listed the Meituan app or 美团无人机 mini-program, with pickup from a smart cabinet. Check the current menu, pickup pin and instructions.
If you’re crossing at Futian Port
The launch notice listed support for Hong Kong phone numbers and WeChat Pay HK at the time. Check your own account, payment and pickup point for the date you’re travelling.
Read the collection instructions
Check price, collection time and any weather notices before ordering. Use the operator’s help if anything is unclear. Follow marked boundaries and ask where visitors can take photos.
If delivery is unavailable
Choose ordinary food pickup or another technology stop, such as DJI’s retail store.
