Address and store contact

Ask about a specific robot
“Can I see [model or feature] on [date]? Will it be a display or a live demo?” Ask about handling the product, reservations, fees and language if those matter. Ask before filming and keep clear of moving equipment.
Confirm what you want to see
If a moving robot, performance or English explanation is essential, wait for the shop to confirm it.
