You change your shoes when you arrive. The soft lighting, pale wood tones and essential-oil fragrance make the whole place feel calming. There's a sofa in the middle of the lobby, with products displayed around it and an introduction playing on a wall-mounted television. Everything is quiet, and the staff speak softly too. It's very clean and tidy, with a lovely, comfortable atmosphere.
I tried the deep-cleansing facial. Before starting, the therapist has a quick chat to understand your situation. You wash your own face with the therapist guiding you, then change clothes in the treatment room. The sheets are pure cotton and have been disinfected. As soon as I lay down, I felt comfortable and relaxed.
The treatment lasts about an hour, and they explain many of the steps. They use German equipment, and this cleansing method is different from a microbubble facial. It was very comfortable, without any tugging or painful suction. The treatment included cleansing, an essential-oil massage and their own face mask. I was really pleased afterwards—it left my skin cleaner than the microbubble treatment.
Emma was so gentle, and her service was excellent! There was no sales pitch at any point; I was told the staff aren't allowed to make sales pitches here. They explain each step without disturbing your rest, so you can have a comfortable nap and shake off your tiredness.

The force of the instrument, plus different oils, plus the warmth of the hands. After the visit, simply fully revived. I feel I can go again. I strongly recommend, sisters, bring your sisters to try.
