Xiaoju was thoughtful and her technique was very delicate. I really enjoyed the treatment. Afterwards my skin felt firmer, more defined and fuller. I could see a clear difference, and I'll recommend it to friends.
(Massage) The service was excellent and the essential oils smelled lovely. I dozed off easily as I breathed in the scent, and my tiredness faded away. Very comfortable.
A spa that puts real care into the experience. The service was attentive and thorough, and the equipment treatment felt good too. A quality place worth recommending. The address is the fifth floor of the North Tower, Ping An Finance Centre. I heard it was a French brand, and the vintage French decor certainly gave it a distinctive character.
I visited during the opening promotion, which was good value—I'm not sure whether it's still available. It was 199 for a treatment from the B/C options. I chose a facial. The different essential oils smelled lovely and helped me relax quickly. They used natural oils, which felt healthy to me, and the therapist spoke softly throughout. An electric blanket kept me warm. After the facial, something warm was placed beneath my neck; I was so comfortable that I fell asleep, so I'm not sure what it was. The room's decor was distinctive, especially the lighting, which felt like the glow of a sunset. The lights were dimmed once the treatment began.
Les bobos aromatherapy spa is fantastic! Five stars for the location, surroundings and service. The therapist was professional, welcoming and very skilful. The only professional aromatherapy spa in Shenzhen, with body-massage equipment too. Thumbs up!

护理师的服务很专业很热情,手法也特别专业,深圳唯一一家专业芳疗spa馆,还有身体按摩仪器,很赞(/≧▽≦/)
A perfect spa experience! I noticed this place while wandering around Ping An Finance Centre and decided to give it a try. I hadn't expected much beyond trying something new, but the experience was excellent.
I was told the brand had been in Shenzhen for three years, with its first store in Shuangxi Garden, Shekou, and that this branch had opened that year. The decor was warm and comfortable.
Their focus was on combining technology with massage, which felt quite different from a traditional hands-only spa. It was my first equipment-led spa treatment. I was told it could be more effective than massage alone.
The service was thoughtful throughout. I chose a head, neck and shoulder massage. After I changed, the therapist took my clothes to be disinfected with UV light, which felt reassuring during that period.
The session began with a calming ritual using lemon essential oil. Adjusting my breathing helped me settle into the treatment, and it reminded me of a spa I'd tried at Rosewood. Next came their main cell-movement device, used along the meridians. The suction-and-release sensation reminded me of a magnet. To me it felt rather like stretching to relax the muscles before the oil massage.
Sunny, my therapist, was professional and thoughtful, and I thought the massage was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the change of oils: a calming scent at first, which left me comfortable and drowsy, then cool peppermint near the end to gradually wake me up. I really liked that gentle transition.
The bed also had a German heated mattress, which helped keep me warm while lying undressed for the treatment and made it easier to relax. That reminded me of my Rosewood experience too.
Afterwards they offered warm water and nuts. Both the manager and the therapist were professional and polite, and the surroundings felt refined. Overall, it was a memorable experience well worth writing about. I'd like to come back and try other treatments.
Even a quick photo looks beautiful here! I've enjoyed trying high-end spas over the past two years, so I saved this one when it appeared on Dianping and came with two friends today.
Compared with Shenzhen's many Southeast Asian-style spas, bobo's French atmosphere felt refreshing. We were told all the products were imported, with solid-wood furniture and excellent attention to detail. I always think the bathroom tells you a lot about a place, and they had taken care of that too. It felt extremely comfortable.
The focus was on French equipment and oils, with a Western massage approach rather than relying on force. To me it felt soothing, with a calmer, longer-lasting effect. Just right. The oils smelled wonderful, with different blends for different treatments. I'd give the overall experience five stars.
There didn't seem to be the usual post-spa tea and snacks—I'm not sure whether that was because of the pandemic. The disinfection precautions were thorough and reassuring, though. There was an offer on at the time, and I'd happily recommend the place.
I was at Ping An for a meal and passed this spa. The lovely window display made me curious, so I booked a back and spine treatment. The room was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere, and the oils were nice too. I bought a box of assorted soaps to take home. Jasmine's service was excellent, with a massage that was gentle yet firm. The combination of equipment and massage felt quite different.
Head, neck and shoulder relaxation. The entrance caught my eye, and the spa felt intriguing yet relaxing. Every corner was arranged with care and character. The staff carefully explained the French essential oils and introduced the treatments and products in detail. I found out that advance booking was needed, so I didn't have time for a treatment that day. I added the spa on WeChat and arranged a future visit. Looking forward to trying it!
A while ago, one occasional time, a friend took me to the bobo on the Futian side to try the spa. I felt it was very different. I heard the Shekou side also has a bobo. And I happen to live on the Shuangxi side. Simply too convenient. I found Shuangxi's bobo online. On entering I smelled a comfortable oil smell. From the staff taking me to wash my hands, to giving me a sealed bag for the mask, and especially serving a drink of wild honey plus an essential oil taken by mouth, it left a deep impression. The therapist's technique suits what I want. After the facial, the effect is obvious. The products are mainly organic oils. I really like them. So after I went again, group-bought, and did the care, I decisively joined as a member. A spa worth trying.
After yoga I saw this newly opened French spa nearby, with an opening offer. They had a neck and shoulder treatment, so I went in to try it. The setting was lovely: the massage bed, bedding, temperature, scent, music and cleanliness were all excellent. The session started with equipment to help me relax, followed by hands-on massage. Iris was very skilful. Afterwards I enjoyed floral water and nuts. A quality place that I'd put on my list for regular spa visits!
Good place, good service, comforting. The oil is a French brand with dual organic certification. There's a shower, the supplies are complete, and the quality felt good. I'll come again. I'd recommend it.
When I mentioned wanting a neck and shoulder treatment, a friend recommended this newly opened spa. It certainly felt upscale. It's upstairs in Ping An Finance Centre and easy to find. The elegant interior and scent of essential oils made me relax as soon as I walked in. I loved the warm, refined decor. The service was excellent—friendly and professional—and I learned a lot too!
The place is good, with a kind of European style. The room had soothing music and a scent the whole time. The bed was warm. Everything was disinfected, very hygienic. The overall effect was pretty good.
This is a brand-new spa care idea. A French original imported cell-movement device, for deep rest, steadiness, and speeding metabolism. Plus French original imported prescription oils, for health, moisture, and effect. Plus unified technique training from the French headquarters. Every therapist has more than eight years of experience. That equals easing fatigue, and pleasing body and mind. The above is the official explanation. My feeling is, a spa that can quickly have an obvious effect. Because the time was too rushed, I only did a 60-minute session. I still felt it was different. A feeling of not having had enough. I hope this shop can open in Beijing.
A friend told me about this newly opened place, and I couldn't wait to try it. It's in Ping An Finance Centre. I liked the interior straight away and had a quick look around. Each spa room had floor heating, and the bed was warmed in advance for the booking.
Before the treatment, I was offered rose hydrosol. I loved its pure floral scent. They explained that it comes from extracting roses: the oil becomes essential oil, and the water is the hydrosol.
I tried one of their signature back treatments, described as working along the meridians. Fancy welcomed me warmly and was thoughtful and gentle. I showered before entering the treatment room, where the scent was already prepared. The floral aroma helped me relax straight away, and the therapist began with a relaxation step.
The equipment came first. They described its cell-movement action as imitating what happens during bodily movement, rather than simply pressing. That was followed by an oil massage of my back and arms. Fancy was skilful and professional, the pressure was just right, and it didn't hurt. A head massage finished the session. It was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep.
Afterwards there were nuts and orchid tea. Professional, thoughtful and attentive! They said they would also stay open as usual over the New Year holiday—a welcome chance to relax after a busy year.
Back at bobo again, because I really like the brand! A few days after the Ping An Finance Centre store opened, I brought a friend for a spa visit. The location was even more convenient: on the fifth floor of Ping An Centre, accessible from Futian or Shopping Park metro stations, near the escalator. Hard to miss!
The setting and facilities at the Shuangxi store could rival a luxury hotel spa, and the Ping An branch went a step further. There were soft robes made from organic material, Dyson hairdryers and Hermès towels, with a distinctly elegant European atmosphere. To me it felt even more stylish than a luxury hotel spa.
I had a 75-minute facial. The therapist was wonderfully skilful and polite, checking whether I was comfortable and asking about my eating and sleeping habits without unnecessary small talk. Everything felt natural, quiet and relaxing.
Having visited bobo before, I think its oils and treatment development are two of its strengths. The products are professional, and the treatments keep evolving. When the therapist saw my curiosity about a new device, she gave me a short complimentary trial with Himalayan mineral stones. The warm stones felt lovely as they rolled over my body. I'd like to try the full treatment next time. She told me the stones were rare and had travelled through several countries before reaching Shenzhen.
Our visit began with a cup of Kushui rose hydrosol and ended with a pack of mixed nuts.
The best spa in Shenzhen. There is no other. The beautician's massage technique is very professional. The oil products used are all purely natural and organic. The whole place is clean and tidy. You can see the boss sets a high bar for cleanliness and quality. There has never been any selling.
Opening special. I came at noon with a colleague and chose a back massage. The shop felt good. The scent was calming. The therapist was gentle. A good place to unwind after overtime.
On my way to the gym I spotted this newly opened spa with an opening offer, so I went in to try the back and spine treatment. Jasmine was gentle throughout. The first half used equipment, followed by hands-on massage. It was very comfortable, and the setting was lovely. They thoughtfully offered flower tea and a snack afterwards. Thumbs up!
It was so comfortable that I lost count of how many times I dozed off. The attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed the scent, the equipment treatment for my muscles and fascia, and the massage. Sunny was lovely and always smiling. I'll bring family and friends here to relax.
The spa was beautiful and the owner had great taste. The rose water tasted lovely too. There was a good sense of privacy. The room was an ordinary size, which I could understand in such a busy district, but the products were high quality—even Hermès towels! The equipment treatment was interesting and comfortable. I felt as if I'd had a nap and a proper rest, and the oils were excellent. I thought it was better than many hotel spas. A place I'll save and return to. Really good.
This is a new spa inside Ping An. There was an opening trial offer, so I booked a visit with my mum yesterday. The setting and service were really good. We were told the owner personally sourced the products from Europe and that they had two European certifications, which felt reassuring. I chose deep hydration and my mum had firming care; we both enjoyed it. The price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for. Women should take good care of themselves! I'll be back.
A good friend brought me here, and the place won me over. It's easy to find on the fifth floor: turn right at the top of the escalator, or head straight to the right of the lift. The shop sign doesn't stand out much, but it's easy enough to spot if you look carefully. The interior has a refined European palace style, with a faint scent of essential oils.
The overall experience was excellent. Sheets and towels were changed for each guest, and the treatment bed's temperature could be adjusted, with body temperature as the default. After washing my face, I had the equipment part of the treatment. I especially liked the therapist's massage, including the lifting movements. The products felt natural too. Afterwards my eyes didn't feel gummed up, and my skin looked visibly brighter. I recommended it to colleagues that evening and look forward to trying other treatments.
I really like the quiet, far-from-it-all feeling here. I really like the staff's bright smiles. I really like the professional equipment and massage technique. mmd
I popped in after a yoga class and was pleasantly surprised. The owner's approach, and the products and equipment they used, felt like a good fit for what I needed. The therapist was skilful and very gentle.
A fantastic spa experience! It's on the fifth floor of Ping An Finance Centre. A spa in such a busy, high-pressure location is a welcome place to slow down, relax and unwind.
I visited during the new-store opening promotion and tried a treatment for 199. I'd recommend making the most of that offer. I chose the deep back and spinal-nerve care treatment.
The spa combines technology with aromatherapy. The equipment was French Starvas, which I was told had also been selected for Chanel's first spa. The experience certainly felt different. Ewa was very skilful and got the pressure just right. I nearly fell asleep several times, but also didn't want to miss such a comfortable experience!
I was told the therapists had to train with a French team and receive a certificate before starting work. My muscles felt refreshed after the session. If you're working hard in Shenzhen and need a break, I'd recommend this place. I'd happily return. The welcome rose hydrosol tasted lovely too.
My wife told me this was a very good spa, and it welcomes men too. I'd been tired for the past couple of days, with a stiff lower back and shoulders from driving and sitting for long periods. The back treatment left me thoroughly relaxed. The technology was impressive, the equipment was great, and the staff were skilful and friendly. I'll definitely come more often. Thumbs up for such thoughtful service!
Past massages elsewhere left me feeling as if I'd paid to be beaten up, so I rarely went. Here the service was excellent. The therapist was gentle and soft-spoken and paid attention to every spot. I felt comfortable afterwards, and the neck and shoulder massage was especially good. I've forgotten her name, haha!
An outstanding setting and experience. I was meeting a friend for a meal at the finance centre and arrived early to look around. I'd spent some time in France before, so the decor at the entrance caught my eye and I decided to try the spa. It was a wonderful surprise. Guests were offered rose hydrosol, the towels were Hermès, and the other details were excellent too. Most importantly, the massage was gentle and skilful, and the staff were sincere. There was no hard sell. Apart from questions about my skin, there was no awkward small talk. A perfect experience for me.
Easy to find on the fifth floor of Ping An Finance Centre. The decor is gorgeous! The oils used on my face and body felt top quality, and the treatment was so comfortable that I fell asleep several times. The staff were gentle too. Highly recommended!
This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back as soon as you've been once! It's on the fifth floor of Pafc mall, right at the top of the escalator. The entrance is quite small, and you can't see much of the interior from outside, which actually gives it a reassuring sense of privacy. The therapists were gentle and considerate, with professional technique and careful attention to every detail.
This is a shop run with care. A French fit-out. Faint yellow lights. Very warm. Very relaxing. The comfort of home. It sits in a quiet corner by the sea at Sea World. A perfect joining of French equipment, organic oil, and the hands. After the body, very relaxed. It lengthens the cycle before fatigue returns. Later I came again for a facial. I have to say the effect is the most worth praising. In a moment the skin felt firmer, and much clearer and brighter. Really quite good.
Through a friend's invitation I enjoyed a French organic care together with them. The spa is elegant, comfortable, and clean. The care staff are warm, and professional. The products used, I heard, all come from France. The equipment is the same model Chanel uses. Plus the organic oil massage, I relaxed completely. In a moment I felt every muscle full of life. If you like a natural smell, you can come here.
As someone who once moved around in the beauty trade, I still have some views, and requirements, about judging products, instruments, and care technique. The place: look at the photos. A very organic feeling. Fresh, and elegant. Full of the scent of oils. Light-luxury ornaments. The oils: I personally very much like, and recognize, the effect of oils. But the quality of oils on the domestic market is uneven. High-quality oils are all imported from France, and other places in Europe. So care with good oils, the price is not small. The lady boss of this shop is said to be a French overseas Chinese. The oils and the other products are all imported from France. The instrument: I group-bought and tried a back session. The therapist is very nice. First a deep breath, and smelling the scent, as a rest. Then they start using their French-imported instrument to dredge the muscle layer of the body. I originally do not quite like instruments. I am afraid there is risk, and it is also not comfortable. But their instrument is different from the glowing, heating instruments of many shops on the market. Although a bit unaccustomed, after it, it is paired with oils, and the therapist's hand pressing. After, the whole person feels very comfortable. A few hundred yuan. I experienced a lady's feeling once. Very worth it. Later I still want to find a chance to do a face.
A very French feeling. I have come many times. I like the aroma here. I like the care here. I also like the people here. The oils are dual-EU organic prescription oils. The equipment is an old original French brand. I heard it has already been forty-nine years. After the care I was much lighter. It can last a long time. Maybe this is the difference from the hands. The therapist is professional. The whole process is thoughtful. Whenever I have a free moment, I come here to rest. An old member. Hehe.
Friends treated me before. Opposite the Nuwa statue at Sea World. At the time I already felt very comfortable. I kept thinking of coming again when I had time. Today I happened to have business passing nearby. I found BoBo on Dianping. I learned the equipment comes from France. The oil is prescription oil from a French dual-EU pharmacy. I instantly felt the boss's requirement for quality is very high. The therapist's technique is professional. Comfortable, and satisfying. I brought a friend. We did a back care. She also felt her whole self relaxed a lot. So five stars.
