I tried a 45-minute head, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist was patient and attentive, explaining where she would work and what each step was for. She carefully checked whether the pressure suited me. There was a slight aching pressure when she worked on the knottiest areas. Afterwards she talked through the issues in my shoulders and neck and how to keep the knots in my back from getting worse. The carefully chosen European organic oils, French interior, soft lighting, soothing music and gentle scent made it a lovely place to spend an hour or two relaxing. A perfect end to the weekend.

It's rare to find a spa that suits me this well. I was passing on my way to eat when I noticed an offer, and the decor drew me in. I work in interiors and have taken aromatherapy courses, so I really appreciated the style, colours and materials. If you enjoy essential oils and natural approaches to wellbeing, give it a try. The products were natural and organic, and the equipment felt advanced. My massage was painless and relaxing with the oils, leaving my body warm afterwards, unlike the soreness I associate with ordinary massages. My aromatherapist Sunny was so thoughtful—not only lovely to chat with, she even helped take photos, haha!

I happened to pass this spa and tried the deep-relaxation treatment for my head, neck and shoulders. Overall, I was very satisfied. The reception area was fairly small, but inside there were four or five cosy private treatment rooms. I especially liked the oils, including the scent we breathed in at the start. Jasmine gave a very comfortable massage with moderate pressure and kept checking how I was feeling and what needed attention. I'd like to try another treatment when I have time. ♥️

I brought my mum for a Mother's Day spa visit, but it wasn't her thing, so I ended up enjoying the deep-cleansing treatment myself. It's in the Ping An Finance Centre area, with plenty of places to eat and shop. The receptionist was welcoming and attentive. Jasmine was careful and professional, explaining the oils and essences used at every step, even though I didn't really understand it all, haha. The products felt personalised, smelled distinctive and were comfortable on my face. It was also my first equipment-based facial. Seeing what came out of the T-zone was quite a sight! My face felt much smoother afterwards. Highly recommended!

Today I tried the lymphatic detox treatment. The equipment felt unusual: each pulse felt as if it were breaking up little lumps around the lymph nodes. A strange, almost magical sensation. Sunny was professional and shared lots of information about aromatherapy. I had a lovely sleep in comfortable surroundings.

I visited during the opening promotion, which was good value—I'm not sure whether it's still available. It was 199 for a treatment from the B/C options. I chose a facial. The different essential oils smelled lovely and helped me relax quickly. They used natural oils, which felt healthy to me, and the therapist spoke softly throughout. An electric blanket kept me warm. After the facial, something warm was placed beneath my neck; I was so comfortable that I fell asleep, so I'm not sure what it was. The room's decor was distinctive, especially the lighting, which felt like the glow of a sunset. The lights were dimmed once the treatment began.

A perfect spa experience! I noticed this place while wandering around Ping An Finance Centre and decided to give it a try. I hadn't expected much beyond trying something new, but the experience was excellent. I was told the brand had been in Shenzhen for three years, with its first store in Shuangxi Garden, Shekou, and that this branch had opened that year. The decor was warm and comfortable. Their focus was on combining technology with massage, which felt quite different from a traditional hands-only spa. It was my first equipment-led spa treatment. I was told it could be more effective than massage alone. The service was thoughtful throughout. I chose a head, neck and shoulder massage. After I changed, the therapist took my clothes to be disinfected with UV light, which felt reassuring during that period. The session began with a calming ritual using lemon essential oil. Adjusting my breathing helped me settle into the treatment, and it reminded me of a spa I'd tried at Rosewood. Next came their main cell-movement device, used along the meridians. The suction-and-release sensation reminded me of a magnet. To me it felt rather like stretching to relax the muscles before the oil massage. Sunny, my therapist, was professional and thoughtful, and I thought the massage was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the change of oils: a calming scent at first, which left me comfortable and drowsy, then cool peppermint near the end to gradually wake me up. I really liked that gentle transition. The bed also had a German heated mattress, which helped keep me warm while lying undressed for the treatment and made it easier to relax. That reminded me of my Rosewood experience too. Afterwards they offered warm water and nuts. Both the manager and the therapist were professional and polite, and the surroundings felt refined. Overall, it was a memorable experience well worth writing about. I'd like to come back and try other treatments.

完美的Spa体验～ 在平安金融中心闲逛的时候看到这家spa就来试试，纯粹是抱着尝试的心情但讲道理体验真的非常好。 据介绍这家店在深圳开了三年，第1家店是在蛇口豪宅区双玺花园，这家分店是今年新开的，整体装修环境很好，是偏温馨舒适的风格。 这家主打的是"科技理疗"的概念，和传统用手的spa还是有比较明显的区别，坦白说也是我第一次做机器导向的spa，据说效果会比传统用手要更有效。 全程服务非常贴心，这次尝试了头部和肩颈按摩，一开始会先换衣服，而且理疗师会很贴心的把换下来的衣服拿去紫外线消毒，在特殊时期让人倍感安心。 正式开始之后会有一个静心仪式个人觉得这个有点像之前在瑰丽酒店做过的spa，会用柠檬精油来开场，通过调整呼吸和精神状态迅速进入理疗的环境。 正式开始之后会通过主打的细胞运动仪疏通经络，感觉这个还蛮有意思的，类似有点像磁铁那种一吸一放的感觉。个人理解这个可以像是拉伸的过程，放松了肌肉以后再开始具体的精油按摩。 用完仪器之后会按摩师会再按摩，接待我的Sunny非常专业体贴，按摩效果个人觉得也很好。 中途很惊喜的是还会转化精油，在一开始的阶段会用比较舒缓的精油，整个人会沉浸在比较舒适的环境下，也有点昏昏欲睡的感觉，然后等到快要结束的时候，会换上薄荷清凉的精油通过不同的味道再逐渐唤醒慵懒的精神，轻友的切换这一点感觉非常惊喜。 值得一提的是，本身用的按摩床也加上了德国的加热床垫，其实做spa毕竟脱了衣服又躺在床上很容易着凉，有加热的床垫能够很有效的维护温度，也更容易放松，这点也和我之前在瑰丽的体验很像。 结束按摩后还会赠送温水和坚果可以说是非常贴心了。全程不管是店长还是按摩师都很专业又礼貌，环境也是能感觉出来的精致。 整体来看绝对是非常值得和难忘的一次体验，值得认真点评！以后有机会也会去再体验其他项目。
Even a quick photo looks beautiful here! I've enjoyed trying high-end spas over the past two years, so I saved this one when it appeared on Dianping and came with two friends today. Compared with Shenzhen's many Southeast Asian-style spas, bobo's French atmosphere felt refreshing. We were told all the products were imported, with solid-wood furniture and excellent attention to detail. I always think the bathroom tells you a lot about a place, and they had taken care of that too. It felt extremely comfortable. The focus was on French equipment and oils, with a Western massage approach rather than relying on force. To me it felt soothing, with a calmer, longer-lasting effect. Just right. The oils smelled wonderful, with different blends for different treatments. I'd give the overall experience five stars. There didn't seem to be the usual post-spa tea and snacks—I'm not sure whether that was because of the pandemic. The disinfection precautions were thorough and reassuring, though. There was an offer on at the time, and I'd happily recommend the place.

The room was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere, and the oils were nice too. I bought a box of assorted soaps to take home. After yoga I saw this newly opened French spa nearby, with an opening offer. They had a neck and shoulder treatment, so I went in to try it. The setting was lovely: the massage bed, bedding, temperature, scent, music and cleanliness were all excellent. The session started with equipment to help me relax, followed by hands-on massage. Iris was very skilful. Afterwards I enjoyed floral water and nuts. A quality place that I'd put on my list for regular spa visits!

A friend told me about this newly opened place, and I couldn't wait to try it. It's in Ping An Finance Centre. I liked the interior straight away and had a quick look around. Each spa room had floor heating, and the bed was warmed in advance for the booking. Before the treatment, I was offered rose hydrosol. I loved its pure floral scent. They explained that it comes from extracting roses: the oil becomes essential oil, and the water is the hydrosol. I tried one of their signature back treatments, described as working along the meridians. Fancy welcomed me warmly and was thoughtful and gentle. I showered before entering the treatment room, where the scent was already prepared. The floral aroma helped me relax straight away, and the therapist began with a relaxation step. The equipment came first. They described its cell-movement action as imitating what happens during bodily movement, rather than simply pressing. That was followed by an oil massage of my back and arms. Fancy was skilful and professional, the pressure was just right, and it didn't hurt. A head massage finished the session. It was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. Afterwards there were nuts and orchid tea. Professional, thoughtful and attentive! They said they would also stay open as usual over the New Year holiday—a welcome chance to relax after a busy year.

The location was even more convenient: on the fifth floor of Ping An Centre, accessible from Futian or Shopping Park metro stations, near the escalator. Hard to miss! The setting and facilities at the Shuangxi store could rival a luxury hotel spa, and the Ping An branch went a step further. There were soft robes made from organic material, Dyson hairdryers and Hermès towels, with a distinctly elegant European atmosphere. To me it felt even more stylish than a luxury hotel spa. I had a 75-minute facial. The therapist was wonderfully skilful and polite, checking whether I was comfortable and asking about my eating and sleeping habits without unnecessary small talk. Everything felt natural, quiet and relaxing. Having visited bobo before, I think its oils and treatment development are two of its strengths. The products are professional, and the treatments keep evolving. When the therapist saw my curiosity about a new device, she gave me a short complimentary trial with Himalayan mineral stones. The warm stones felt lovely as they rolled over my body. I'd like to try the full treatment next time. She told me the stones were rare and had travelled through several countries before reaching Shenzhen. Our visit began with a cup of Kushui rose hydrosol and ended with a pack of mixed nuts.

🛀🏽又见bobo，因为我真的很喜欢这个品牌，平安金融中心店开业没几天，我就带着朋友一起来做SPA。该店位置更好，地铁福田站或购物公园站直达的平安中心5楼，扶梯附近，想错过都难✌🏻️✌🏻️✌🏻️ 🛀🏽bobo双玺店环境与硬件能与奢华酒店的SPA更分庭抗礼，而平安金融中心店的硬件配置更上一层楼，有机材质贴肤的浴袍、戴森吹风机等配备自然是基本，门店环境更富欧式贵族情调，浴巾还使用爱马仕牌，说比奢华酒店SPA更A再合适不过🏅🏅🏅 🛀🏽我体验的是75分钟的面部护理，理疗师的手法继续赞得没话说，态度也客气得没话说，过程中会适时问我是否舒适，饮食和睡眠是否规律正常等，疗程中并不会聊其他话题，一切都自然而然，放松静谧👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🛀🏽体验过bobo的我深知，精油和疗程的研发是bobo两大法宝，精油经常走专业线自不必说，而疗程也是不断迭代升级。理疗师看我对桌面上的新奇装置比较好奇，还免费给我试用了短时间的喜马拉雅矿岩，这个热乎乎的石头滚在我身上感受很舒适，下次我要再来试这个疗程的完整版，技师说这个矿岩非常珍稀，辗转数个国家才到深圳[笑哭][笑哭][笑哭] 🛀🏽我和朋友的bobo SPA体验，从一杯苦水玫瑰纯露开始，到一包每日坚果结束[礼花][礼花][礼花]
Opening special. I came at noon with a colleague and chose a back massage. The shop felt good. The scent was calming. The therapist was gentle. A good place to unwind after overtime.

On my way to the gym I spotted this newly opened spa with an opening offer, so I went in to try the back and spine treatment. Jasmine was gentle throughout. The first half used equipment, followed by hands-on massage. It was very comfortable, and the setting was lovely. They thoughtfully offered flower tea and a snack afterwards. Thumbs up!

It was so comfortable that I lost count of how many times I dozed off. The attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed the scent, the equipment treatment for my muscles and fascia, and the massage. Sunny was lovely and always smiling. I'll bring family and friends here to relax.

The spa was beautiful and the owner had great taste. The rose water tasted lovely too. There was a good sense of privacy. The room was an ordinary size, which I could understand in such a busy district, but the products were high quality—even Hermès towels! The equipment treatment was interesting and comfortable. I felt as if I'd had a nap and a proper rest, and the oils were excellent. I thought it was better than many hotel spas. A place I'll save and return to. Really good.

This is a new spa inside Ping An. There was an opening trial offer, so I booked a visit with my mum yesterday. The setting and service were really good. We were told the owner personally sourced the products from Europe and that they had two European certifications, which felt reassuring. I chose deep hydration and my mum had firming care; we both enjoyed it. The price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for. Women should take good care of themselves! I'll be back.

这家是新开在平安里面的。因为新店开业可以有体验价，就预约了昨天跟妈妈一起去试试。环境和服务是真的好，产品都是老板亲自从欧洲采购回来的，都是欧洲那边双重认证的！绝对放心！我做的项目是深层补水，妈妈做的就是紧致。体验感都很不错！价格方面肯定也是会稍稍高一点，不过毕竟一分价钱一分货。女人就得要好好保养自己！以后还会再去哒[加油]
A good friend brought me here, and the place won me over. It's easy to find on the fifth floor: turn right at the top of the escalator, or head straight to the right of the lift. The shop sign doesn't stand out much, but it's easy enough to spot if you look carefully. The interior has a refined European palace style, with a faint scent of essential oils. The overall experience was excellent. Sheets and towels were changed for each guest, and the treatment bed's temperature could be adjusted, with body temperature as the default. After washing my face, I had the equipment part of the treatment. I especially liked the therapist's massage, including the lifting movements. The products felt natural too. Afterwards my eyes didn't feel gummed up, and my skin looked visibly brighter. I recommended it to colleagues that evening and look forward to trying other treatments.

好朋友带我来探店，凭实力带你入坑！ 首先位置很好找，在五楼扶手梯上行右手边，直梯右手边直走就可以看到，门面店的牌子没有特别突出，留意去找还是很好找的。店面整体很有设计感，轻奢的欧式宫廷风，带有淡淡的精油香。 整体的体验感也极优，床单毛巾都是一客一换很卫生，床是可调节温度，默认人体体温，自助洁面后进入机器护理流程，我个人比较喜欢技师姐姐的按摩手法，带有提拉的步骤，可以感觉到用品也是很天然的，整个流程结束后不会糊9眼睛，肤色明显提亮，肉眼可见的效果。当晚就推荐了同事关注体验~~~~ 期待体验其他项目~~~
