I popped in after a yoga class and was pleasantly surprised. The owner's approach, and the products and equipment they used, felt like a good fit for what I needed. The therapist was skilful and very gentle.

A fantastic spa experience! It's on the fifth floor of Ping An Finance Centre. A spa in such a busy, high-pressure location is a welcome place to slow down, relax and unwind. I visited during the new-store opening promotion and tried a treatment for 199. I'd recommend making the most of that offer. I chose the deep back and spinal-nerve care treatment. The spa combines technology with aromatherapy. The equipment was French Starvas, which I was told had also been selected for Chanel's first spa. The experience certainly felt different. Ewa was very skilful and got the pressure just right. I nearly fell asleep several times, but also didn't want to miss such a comfortable experience! I was told the therapists had to train with a French team and receive a certificate before starting work. My muscles felt refreshed after the session. If you're working hard in Shenzhen and need a break, I'd recommend this place. I'd happily return. The welcome rose hydrosol tasted lovely too.

My wife told me this was a very good spa, and it welcomes men too. I'd been tired for the past couple of days, with a stiff lower back and shoulders from driving and sitting for long periods. The back treatment left me thoroughly relaxed. The technology was impressive, the equipment was great, and the staff were skilful and friendly. I'll definitely come more often. Thumbs up for such thoughtful service!

Overall it felt OK. The service was good and the place was good. Worth trying. The products are all-natural products.

Past massages elsewhere left me feeling as if I'd paid to be beaten up, so I rarely went. Here the service was excellent. The therapist was gentle and soft-spoken and paid attention to every spot. I felt comfortable afterwards, and the neck and shoulder massage was especially good. I've forgotten her name, haha!

An outstanding setting and experience. I was meeting a friend for a meal at the finance centre and arrived early to look around. I'd spent some time in France before, so the decor at the entrance caught my eye and I decided to try the spa. It was a wonderful surprise. Guests were offered rose hydrosol, the towels were Hermès, and the other details were excellent too. Most importantly, the massage was gentle and skilful, and the staff were sincere. There was no hard sell. Apart from questions about my skin, there was no awkward small talk. A perfect experience for me.

Easy to find on the fifth floor of Ping An Finance Centre. The decor is gorgeous! The oils used on my face and body felt top quality, and the treatment was so comfortable that I fell asleep several times. The staff were gentle too. Highly recommended!

This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back as soon as you've been once! It's on the fifth floor of Pafc mall, right at the top of the escalator. The entrance is quite small, and you can't see much of the interior from outside, which actually gives it a reassuring sense of privacy. The therapists were gentle and considerate, with professional technique and careful attention to every detail.
